Hi, thanks Geir. Updated my /etc/apt/sources.list and upgraded xserver-xorg-video-intel, as you suggested.
Sadly, with the newest version of the driver, the problem remains exactly as before. I've attached i_r_d-before.txt, i_r_d-after.txt, and also /var/log/Xorg.0.log.old from right after the first replication of this problem on upgrading the driver. Cheers!
