Petr: No need to go through such a painful process to test this package.
;-) As Martin posted above, just read the instructions at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed.

I think the way you installed Tracker did not replace the old one but
installed it side-by-side with the old one. The best is to revert to the
previous system state by running 'sudo make uninstall' form the
directory where you uncompressed Tracker's sources. Then run 'sudo apt-
get install tracker', and check that the version you have is the right
one.
