I'm so sorry for this but report, I shouldn't have put it here, here how I fixed the problem at first I thought the the problem was in ubuntu, but as I read the log files that you ordered, I noticed that its something about unloaded modules, so I've googled the acpi scripts available to control the hot keys and I found that some modules was needed for the hotkeys to work(they didn't work on eee-control), so I've removed it and tried the Eeeasy-Scripts and it worked fine after adding some lines to the /boot/grub/menu.lst and installing asus_eee and dkms(included with the scripts) ...
