The Webkit crash happens to Nelson (whom I was helping out), too. It goes away when I build the *Debian stable* libwebkit 1.0-1 package:
$ apt-get build-dep libwebkit-1.0-1 $ dget -x http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/w/webkit/webkit_1.0.1-4.dsc $ (build it, install those .debs) So I believe this is a bug with an Ubuntu patch of Webkit, and that gwibber is not to blame; some Ubuntu patch in its Webkit package is to blame. -- gwibber crashed with SIGSEGV https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/349345 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
