It worked before without jack ... And with the stripped version of libavcodec, it works fine too (except of course the lack of MP3 support). I reinstall libavcodec52, and it works again. I don't use Jack and don't want to use Jack. I manage to create some video by converting MP3 to raw PCM, so the problem seems really to be a problem with MP3 support and this version of libavcodec.
