Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

I have created a budget spreadsheet which is comprised of mostly simple
tables, with a few charts. When I save in ODS format, I get "write
error. The file could not be written." I have worked around it by saving
in Excel format, but this method doesn't save some of the finer detail,
such as notes and 3d charts properly. The ODS format save operation is
taking place in the same directory that the excel file is, so I know it
isn't a permissions issue in the target directory.
