Im thinking since its not an official repo they didnt have the latest
update-manager in the repo. That is the only thing i can think of that
would cause that. Other than the update-manager only being able to use
archive.ubuntu.com repos. I recommend sticking with the official repos
(archive.ubuntu.com) This way you always have the latest packages for
your version of ubuntu. Thank you for filing this bug. I am going to
close this bug. Please feel free to see if you can produce this bug
again. Try using the http://ubuntu.cs.utah.edu/ubuntu and than try
using the archive.ubuntu.com repos. If you are ablet o reproduce it feel
free to open this bug again.
