tzdata currently seems to be correctly configured for Montevideo:
$ TZ=America/Montevideo date

$ TZ=Europe/London date
Di 9. Jun 15:33:20 BST 2009
This means Montevideo (UYT) is UTC - 3. Isn't that correct?
