Binary package hint: language-support-sw
Aspell has a Swahili dictionary. It should be packages in a deb and
required by language-support-sw.
Right now it's impossible to spellcheck Swahili in apps using aspell instead of
myspell.
myspell-sw is only usable in OO.org
