Building an empty and fake libltd3 package won't trick apt-get because another package (on which ubuntu-dekstop is depending) is blocking installation of such an old package. Aaaaagh.
What are other ways to have apt-get ignore this missing dependency and allowing apt-get upgrade? Perhaps someone could rebuild iscan packages with correct dependency on libltdl.so.7 and make them available in a PPA? -- [needs-packaging] iscan https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/208405 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
