Public bug reported:

If I run ltsp-build-client on an edubuntu server where ltsp is already
installed, the script exit with error because of the /dev/fd symlink
already present.

I think it is a trivial solution to add a control of this symlink, in
order to delete and recreate it if it is already present, so that the
script could be run to reistall the ltsp tree.

** Affects: ltsp (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
