I recalled having tought about the main window opened earlier; in fact I
had reported this other bug
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/evolution/+bug/84065 and I now marked it
as a duplicate of this one; I am now in contradiction with myself, and
thinking about it, perhaps it would be better to issue a notification
even if evolution has a main window opened, because suspending to ram or
to disk may leave the message there without warnings. I am not saying
that there will be a "warning notification". The idea is: if I get used
to wait for a notification when I've sent an e-mail, I will wait for it
and eventually check what's happening instead of going away.

When invoked from nautilus-sendto, evolution should show the progress dialog
for sending the message
