Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

Whenever I try to unmount my usb stick I get the following error
message:

"Unable to unmount 2.1 GB Media

DBus error org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply.
Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply,
the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout
expired, or the network connection was broken."

Before the error appears I can watch Ubuntu telling me to wait while the
cache is written to the disk. It takes at about 20 seconds before the
error is reported. The error sometimes results in data loss.

I do never experience any problems by using "sudo umount...", so it's
definitely no hardware fault. The problem is reproducible on different
machines. It first appeared using Ubuntu 8.10, I'm now using Ubuntu
9.04.

** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
