ericsson modems bring up a net.80203 device for once you established a
connection through AT commands. However, you usually don't want to
manage that in the same way you would do with "normal" ethernet devices.
Anyway, this part is debatable. So if it makes you feel better, don't
put it upstream, but _please_ keep it for ubuntu as modemmanager/NM are
not ready to prevent those devices from being managed as normal ethernet
devices yet.
