Binary package hint: debian-installer
Tried installing Karmic Alpha2 Netbook Remix on VMware. After the
installation, when the system shoud reboot, I've got a screen full of
messages:
init: tty1 main process (19278) terminated with status 255
init: tty1 main process ended, respawning
init: unable to execute "/bin/sh" for tty1: Transport endpoint is not connected
[repeated several times with different PIDs, followed by]
init: tty1 respawning too fast, stopped
The installation was completed and after a forced reboot I was able to
boot the system, so the problem is only cosmetic.
