installing trac-accountmanager doesn't enable the plugin
configuration:
ubuntu 9.04
apache2-mpm-worker
libapache2-mod-wsgi
postgresql
trac
steps performed (as root):
apt-get install trac-accountmanager (version: 0.2.1~vcs20081031-1ubuntu1)
/etc/init.d/apache2 restart
navigate to TRAC_ROOT_URL/admin/general/plugin
plugin doesn't show
confirmed that trac-spamfilter is shown after install using similar
steps performed
