Public bug reported: Binary package hint: firefox
In the Firefox for Windows, Mac OSX, etc (without being modified) it always has a set of default quick searches bookmarks inside a folder called "Quick Searches" I think, and without those bookmarks one can't use quick searching using the location/path bar... That bookmark folder probably was mistankly deleted when the Ubuntu Team put their own Ubuntu related bookmarks. Mozilla Firefox Team calls this Smart Keywords http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/smart-keywords.htm ** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu) Importance: Untriaged Status: Unconfirmed -- The Quick Searches Bookmark folder doesn't exist out of the box https://launchpad.net/bugs/53390 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
