This is a good idea for improving the job viewer. It should allow to
mark any selection of jobs with <Shift>/<Ctrl> + mouse button and
<Shift> + <Cursor keys> and also all jobs with <Ctrl> + <A>. After that
it should remove all marked jobs with <Del> and remove or move all
marked jobs to another printer via the right-click menu.

In the mean time one can remove all jobs on the command line with
"cancel -a".
