Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
Currently, when changing the monitor layout, there are snap-to points
for aligning to one of the edges. I'd propose to also add snap-to points
for centering horizonally or vertically.
The main use-case is for vertically stacked dual-screen configurations:
Most people will put both screens more or less centered on top of each
other and will _not_ left- or right-align them.
