Thank you for taking the time to report this issue and help to improve
Ubuntu.

Between Ubuntu 7.10 and Ubuntu 8.10, hotkey handling has been in a state
of flux due to changes in the underlying architecture. As of Ubuntu
9.04, these issues should all be resolved, and the Fn+F7 hotkey on
ThinkPad laptops is known to work correctly. If you find that you are
still having problems with this key after upgrade to Ubuntu 9.04, please
see <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Hotkeys/Troubleshooting> for more
information on locating and resolving the problem.

** Changed in: hotkey-setup (Ubuntu)
