Can you attach a cups error_log with LogLevel=debug after trying to
print a few times as described here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems#cupserrorlog
Please also run the following command on a terminal for some useful printing
related debug info:
apport-collect -p cups 313437
