are using. Please plug in the usb drive, open a terminal and run the
following commands.
lsb_release >lsb_release.txt
uname -a >uname.txt
dmesg >dmesg.txt
lsusb >lsusb.txt
lsmod >lsmod.txt
cat /etc/fstab >fstab.txt
Please attach all files that are created.
