Hi
langsel updates .dmrc and always sets the Language in there, even when
"Keep user and system settings in sync" is set.
I think langsel should always drop Language from .dmrc if "Keep user and
system settings in sync" is set as this will make the user session
follow the system defaults all the time.
When the sync flag isn't set, langsel should always write Language in
.dmrc.
