Hi

When LANG=foo in /etc/default/locale and one switches the default system
language to bar, langsel updates LANG and writes LANGUAGE=bar:foo in
/etc/default/locale.  I think it should simply update LANG and perhaps
update LANGUAGE if it's present, but it shouldn't pile stuff in this var
or add it if it wasn't there.
