Well, the silence here has been deafening. Undeniably... But I have good news! (no, I did not just save 15% off my car insurance ...) But after the last few batches of updates, everything is well again... Incidently, something disabled my "don't zap" workaround! Kinda fishy... but the computer behaves as expected now, so who am i to complain?
