I also have this problem on dapper amd64: my SD card does not automount
(I am using the card reader in my HP PSC 2410 multifunction printer).

**It always worked perfectly on hoary and breezy.** (the only difference
is a new 64bit motherboard, but the printer/card reader is the same).
