Please sync lat 1.2.3-6 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The delta was created during the mono transition.  mono-2.0.1, and 
libgnome2.24-cil are now in karmic so all rmaining Ubuntu changes can 
be dropped.

Changelog since current karmic version 1.2.3-3ubuntu3:

lat (1.2.3-6) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/control: Build-Depend on libgnome2.24-cil instead of
    libgnome2.0-cil. (Closes: #527787)
  * debian/compat: Remove, use the default from cdbs.
