gnucash-aqbanking, -plugins does not exist in ubuntu repositories. The
crash you are able to reproduce is due to a problem with packages that
are not distributed by ubuntu.
To use the official ubuntu gnucash packages, you can open synaptic,
uncheck all third party repositories in Configuration / repositories..,
click on the reload button, uninstall all gnucash packages and then
install gnucash again.
