It's best if bug reports target one specific issue. I'd suggest opening
a separate bug report regarding the issues with Firefox or other apps
you see issues with.
After the issue with the alarm and the system appearing to lock up, are
you able to say ssh into the machine? I'd be curious to see the dmesg
output after the lock up if you're able to get it. Thanks.
