When using aa-logprof to update the usr.sbin.cupsd profie, I noticed a
diff after the update showed the file was mangled in several ways:
1. The file contained two profiles, and the second
(/usr/lib/cups/backend/cups-pdf) was missing.
2. Comments were stripped out.
3. The ordering of the lines was altered, resulting in a far noisier
diff than necessary.
Obviously #1 is the serious problem, potentially resulting in breakage.
#2 results in information loss. And #3 makes maintenance more of a
chore.
Hopefully this has been resolved in newer versions...
