xmms2-scrobbler is causing too many wakeups, as reported by powertop,
e.g.:
Top causes for wakeups:
31,3% ( 97,3) ruby1.8 : do_nanosleep (hrtimer_wakeup)
23,9% ( 74,5) <interrupt> : extra timer interrupt
16,0% ( 49,8) <kernel IPI> : Rescheduling interrupts
etc...
