code, or adds any new visual elements to an interface, it’s probably not
a paper cut."
By that definition, this isn't a paper cut, it's just an important
usability bug.
I think the conditions posted in your blog should be updated, otherwise
the process is completely arbitrary, and it's hard to actually help
filter out any bugs at all.
