Use "Also affects distribution".
Thanks for your patch. I'm going to take this off the sponsorship list,
though; for small changes like this it usually isn't worth an upload on
its own. Furthermore, this is a translated string in a package for which
we don't use language packs, and so simply changing the string in an
Ubuntu upload would result in significant translation regressions; it's
much better for the change to be made in Debian.
FWIW, you missed several instances of the same text:
src/errors.c:99: fprintf(stderr, _("Package %s was on hold, processing it
anyway as you request\n"),
src/remove.c:130: _("dpkg: %s: dependency problems, but removing
anyway as you request:\n%s"),
src/processarc.c:158: fprintf(stderr, _("Verification on package %s
failed,\nbut installing anyway as you request.\n"), filename);
src/configure.c:135: _("dpkg: %s: dependency
problems, but configuring anyway as you request:\n%s"),
src/configure.c:219: "Installing
new config file as you request.\n"),
src/archives.c:1047: " remove anyway as you request.\n"),
fixbyrm->name);
