Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ontv
Regular operation functions fine. If the machine is left alone for a while, reminder alarms tend to build up, and not time out automatically as did previously. The reminders are popping up in dialog boxes, as opposed to the previous format which stayed at the top of the screen and dissapeared after the reminder time was up. All these reminder windows jam up the machine, with thousands of dialog boxes which cannot be closed (access to anything else on machine is impossible). Impossible to open any other programs, or to ctr+alt+F1 to get into a shell prompt to kill anything. This happened after an upgrade from Intrepid to Jaunty (amd64).
