Thanks for the report, but I'm going to have to mark this "won't fix".
1) All of the usable f-keys are taken.
2) Screen provides a key sequence for killing individual windows, ctrl-a-k
3) Screen provides a key sequence for killing all windows, ctrl-a-\
I don't believe that killing all windows is generally valuable enough
operation to use an f-key on.
However, you're welcome to add a simple line to your ~/.screenrc, which
overrides byobu's settings.
You could, perhaps, change the F6 key to kill-all-windows, instead of detach,
on your system with:
echo "bindkey -k k6 quit" >> $HOME/.screenrc
