Well, I'm not sure exactly what happened. I thought I had installed the
package maintainer's version when I upgraded from jaunty to karmic.
However, I've tried to replicate the bug on another machine and
everything works properly. I agree, this bug report is invalid. I'll
change the status but I'll let you know if I spot anything useful.
