Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: linux-libc-dev

At first, aptitude showed me 4 blocked updates, related to kernel
version 2.6.28.11.15

I tried to install using aptitude safe-upgrade. It ended with errors and
did not install linux headers. fglx could not recompile and when I
restarted graphics would not run properly (definitely will not run)

So I removed everything related to 2.6.28-13 and reported the bug.

Linux Generic 2.6.28-13.44 fails installation, probably due linux headers,
needed by fglx to compile
