The interpreter is used by users and developers. Normally a user doesn't
see any interpreter output assuming he does stay away from the command
line. But turning these off would hinder developers doing development of
third party python upstrems using a released Ubuntu version.
Compare this with glib/gtk warnings written to stderr when starting
these apps from a terminal.
