Same camera, same problem here. It's not a problem of Skype. I found out, that 
this is a problem of the camera model which has a firmware bug. As i read, the 
windows driver uses a pop/click filter that corrects this problem. The solution 
would be a filter by the alsa project but i doubt they will code this 
workaround in their driver.
