Public bug reported:
Hi to all, first i need to apologize for my bad english, then i want to report
this annoying bug.
The system freezes sometimes, when i'm listening to music or watching some
movies reporting this error in the log:
alsa-util.c: Device hw:1 doesn't support 44100 Hz, changed to 16000 Hz.
alsa-util.c: Device hw:1 doesn't support 2 channels, changed to 1.
module-alsa-source.c: Your kernel driver is broken: it reports a volume range
from 23,00 dB to 23,00 dB which makes no sense.
I saw this error was common and i saw someone suggested to rename a file in
/etc/pulse but it not solved the problem.
I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 with the last officials upgrade (Pulseaudio
0.9.14-0ubuntu20).
