You are trying to upgrade to edgy and your using the -d flag. edgy is
not in development anymore so you dont use the -d flag to upgrade to
edgy. the -d flag is ONLY to upgrade to development versions of ubuntu.
Im closing this bug due to reporter using the wrong flags with ubuntu-
manager
