Binary package hint: specto
It's impossible to install specto in Karmic because karmic lacks some
dependencies. Can someone please figure out what happened to it and if
the depends in specto needs to be changed.

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
