Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open VLC
2. Select Tools > Preference
3. In Interface tab, select the "Allow only one instance" checkbox
4. In Interface tab, select the "Enqueue files when playing in one Instance
Mode" checkbox
5. close VLC
6. reopen and verify the selection.
Error:
User selection is not saved. Because of this, if you open multiple
media files at the same time using VLC, it opens multiple windows.
