Binary package hint: linux-image-2.6.28-13-generic
After a recent system upgrade which involved kernel update i've noticed
that my laptop seems to freeze more often than usual, that is apart from
the fact that 9.04 is by far less stable compared with the previous
8.10. Now, i have to power off every couple of hours becuase of this
bug. After rebooting, I get kernel panics similar to what is listed
below:

I have updated my system with the latest updates, as of 21/06/09 and I've not
seen these issues before. The system was still freezing every couple of days
due to the madness in the Suspend/Resume and occasional issues with the 802.11n
wireless network, which apparently have not yet been polished. But not on this
scale. In fact, I've had to restart while writing this bug report.
Has anyone experiencing similar issues?
I am running Ubuntu 9.04 amd64 on thinkpad T61p:
