Hi,

My Computer has been recently freezing (crashing) again.

I'm not sure if its the New Linux Kernel or the fact I am sometimes
using it in Hot environs. (The ACPI tempreture had gone up to 89* C
because of some intensive use few days ago.

However, its not rock-solid stable like 8.10.
Hope some updates do the trick. Good luck

Regards,
Indian Art

Can't say that the latest update showed any difference, not for me
anyway. Still the same behavior.

Status in Ubuntu: Fix Released

Bug description:
Binary package hint: yelp

I regret upgrading to 9.04. Jaunty is so unstable. Intrepid was stable as a
rock. Pity I can't go back as I have a dual boot.

Please could you glean from the error report what's wrong. I haven't a clue why
it freezes so often. I wonder if its incompatibility with the Intel Graphics
card which was 'blacklisted' by default in 9.04.
