You can map your own keyboard shortcuts and there are entries to do this
for 'increase font' and 'reduce font' which should do what you want.

I have been looking for shortcut to increase or decrease font size of selected
text, e.g. ctrl+] to increase and ctrl + [ to decrease font size in MS
Word/Power Point. Is there a short cut existing in openoffice.org 3.0
