By "needs packaging" I just meant that that is the standard title for these bugs. They should still be filed against Ubuntu like this bug. Check out https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?field.tag=needs- packaging to see some examples. File a separate one for each package not already included in Ubuntu, link them here, and hopefully a packager can package them! :)
