I agree that restructuring the package, or indeed any wishlist issue, should be postponed to avoid further delay to the release of the latest upstream version. These changes can always be worked for the 2.5.2 or 2.6 releases.
Thanks for your effort with packaging, Gerfried. My previous comment was meant to realistically reflect the advice of most Nexuiz players/websites, in response to a comment claiming short-term urgency of this packaging. If the Debian/Ubuntu packages were to be brought up to date then this advice would of course no longer apply. I apologise if the comment was unhelpful or demotivating in any way; this was not my intention. Personally I use Nexuiz debs rather than the zip file, as I'm sure many other Nexuiz players do. We look forward to using the updated Debian package when it is released :-) -- Please upgrade to nexuiz 2.5.1 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/355854 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
