"It would be pretty easy for packagers to add one if they wanted to. We don't
want to do it by default, though. I'd expect each terminal already has a menu
entry, and this one would be redundant and just clutter it up. Plus, it
probably wouldn't stop at ther terminal, either, so you'd end up with a host of
"Preferred <app category>" items.
