Thanks; I've uploaded this, with the exception that I dropped the
useless changelog whitespace hunks of the diff, and I built with 'dpkg-
buildpackage -S -v1.12.2ubuntu1 -uc -us' to avoid needing to remove
.gitignore which is another unnecessary delta.
Montel, please don't close sync or merge bugs again. In general you
should be extremely cautious about marking bugs as Invalid; if done
badly, it impedes Ubuntu development. There are other better ways to
contribute to Ubuntu bug triage that don't carry the same risk.
